Choosing the right performance exhaust system can make all the difference in how you are seen on the scene. Do you want to be that guy with the fifteen-dollar turbo whistler or to be known as the guy with the deep growling performance exhausts that can be heard from miles away? At Rvinyl, we think we now the answer which is why we offer a complete line of high-quality performance exhaust systems, mufflers, cat-backs, headers and silencers. Let everyone know what you’re about with the bass tones of an aggressive exhaust system that will blow the competition out of the water.

The right performance exhaust system is not only about producing the right sound but should really about making serious performance gains. Factory exhaust systems may not allow your vehicle to reach its maximum potential by allowing the exhaust gases to freely flow but when you purchase a pre-tuned exhaust from Rvinyl you can be sure that your ride will reach peak performance. Not only will you experience incredible gains in torque and HP but you’ll also enjoy the rich, bass rumblings and tones that a performance exhaust produces.

At Rvinyl quality is a top priority which is why all of the exhaust systems, mufflers, cat-backs and headers we sell are made from aeronautic-grade, T-304 stainless steel. Why stainless? The answer is simple: no other material offers the same combination corrosion-resistance, strength and longevity. Yes, there are sites out there that will sell you performance exhausts made of lower-grade materials but we’re not one of them. At Rvinyl we want you to feel confident in the knowledge that every purchase you make with us is money well spent which is why we have taken the time to research every product in our catalog to ensure it adheres to our rigorous quality standards.

You may not realize it but your stock exhaust system is holding you back. For a variety of reasons, the factory systems in most cars are not designed to pull all of the fuel out of the cylinders but all of the performance exhaust systems we offer are custom engineered to do just that. What does that mean for you? In essence, by completely emptying the cylinders of fuel these systems allow form more oxygen to enter thereby increasing power and response time.

Mufflers are, as the terms suggest, an acoustic dampening device which is intended to diminish the sound of the exhaust. Worried? Well, don’t be because when you purchase and install aftermarket muffler form Rvinyl you’ll be increasing the power output and ensuring that your exhaust will product the deep, earth-shaking tones you’ve been looking for. Still, a word of caution: the legality of altering a motor vehicle's OEM exhaust system varies by jurisdiction so be sure to check with your local PD before installing a new muffler or performance exhaust system.

One of the most common ways to achieve the sought after, throaty sound from an exhaust system is through the use of a cat-back system. The term cat-back describes an exhaust system that attaches to a catalytic converter and runs to the rear-end of the vehicle. Cat-back exhausts systems are ideal for Rvinyl’s DIY customers looking to increase the sound and performance of their vehicles. In short, these systems work by reducing the number of twists and turns of the stock system and increasing the pipe size to allow for deeper, throatier tones and augmented performance.

Headers are an important part of any performance exhaust system but there is a reason why you’ll find it farther down the list than mufflers and cat-back exhausts and it is simple: because aftermarket headers attach directly to the exhaust ports on the engine it makes no sense to install them if you haven’t revamped the exhaust system that they will be attached to. In other words, all parts of any exhaust system are meant to increase air flow and if you only increase it at the beginning of the system and step it down into more restrictive tubing later you won’t be getting the flow and performance you hoped for. However, once you have done your homework, you can rest assured knowing that any header you purchase from Rvinyl will not only improve performance but will last for years to come.

At Rvinyl, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality and best performing performance exhaust systems anywhere. We understand that when you purchase a cat-back, muffler or header for your car or truck you're not making just any purchase--you're making a statement about who you are and how you want the world to hear you. Customizing cars has been a passion of our since we started back in 2003 and we are proud to be able to share it with customers like you every single day. Whether you’re looking to upgrade an older car or tune a new one we want to be the people you come to first for the best-priced and most innovative products on the market.
