Rvinyl is a small company, with big customer service. We understand that installing aftermarket auto accessories can be a difficult process or sometimes you just change your mind about your purchase. We have been automotive enthusiasts nearly all our lives and have been standing behind the products we offer for over a decade!

If you have any issues with the product(s) you have recieved:

1. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code.
2. Returns need to be received within 14 business days after the RMA has been issued.
3. This guarantee is limited to replacement or refund of the purchased product.
4. Installation costs are non-refundable.
5. Any damages or claims incurred due to improper installation or use of purchased products are not covered by this policy.
