Can
Rvinyl.com create custom graphic work for me? |
| A. |
Yes. Generally, we
require a high resolution graphic or a detailed description of what you
are looking for. Custom work is more expensive than an already
designed graphic, however the end result is a completely unique and
tailored item that only you will posses. Please contact our sales
department with your idea for a quote. |

What
type of vinyl does Rvinyl.com use? |
| A. |
We use our own in-house custom manufactured cast and calendared
vinyls for most product lines as well as Avery, Oracal, FDC and Mactac for
specialty products. Varying vinyls are used in varying product lines,
but each has been rigorously tested using accelerated age studies to insure
quality as well as durability. |

I do
not see a vinyl dash kit for my vehicle, can Rvinyl.com make one for me? |
| A. |
Generally, we do not
design individual dash kits for customers. If the demand is high
enough for a particular model it will be designed, we will gladly notify
you when the design has been completed and in production. Please
contact our sales department to see
if your particular model is scheduled for production. |

Why
does Rvinyl.com ship via USPS Priority Mail? |

Simple. USPS Priority
Mail is relatively inexpensive, fast and secure. Most orders arrive
within only 1 - 3 business days for U.S. Residents with delivery
confirmation. Unlike UPS, your item can be delivered on a Saturday
and to rural areas at no additional cost. |

am I going to receive my product? |

Most orders are processed
and shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. We will notify you
when your item has been shipped and when you can expect to receive
it. |

an international resident, do I have to pay customs? |

If an order weighs less
than 1lb (0.453kg) it is not subject to customs charges. If an order
weighs more than 1lb (0.453kg) it is subject to customs. If your
order is subject to customs, delivery times may greatly vary. Please

transaction cost per item than our online auctions do. As a result,
we pass these savings onto the consumer through lower prices on our
website reflected in either the product's price or in the shipping and

do I select the color I want? |

Depending on the auction,
you may have color / decal / style options. If color options are listed in the left
hand column, please note the kit color with your payment. If sending
payment via paypal.com please note the desired color in the
"message" section of your payment. If sending a money
order, please print and mail the form which will be sent to you at
then end of the auction. |

Only if it is
specifically stated in the auction. Carbon Fiber Vinyl product auctions
are specifically listed as such and are listed at a premium price. |

carry. If you still do not see a dash kit for your vehicle, please

Assuming all necessary
details are provided, Rvinyl.com will e-mail confirmation of
shipment. Please see the particular auction for shipping methods and
delivery times as they will vary per item. If you have failed to
provide Rvinyl.com with any necessary order details such as, but not
limited to: item color, sponsor kit decal numbers, item number and / or
mailing address your order will be delayed. Please contact our sales
department with these details and include your eBay user id in all correspondence
so we may track your auction's status. |
