Inc. will replace, exchange or issue a store credit only for those
products which are deemed to be incomplete or defective by a company
representative.
All products are quality-assurance checked for flaws and
completeness before shipment, but we ask that the customer check their
package's contents upon arrival against the shipping invoice included with
your package.
You must inform us about defects,
shortages, and exceptions within 5 days from receipt of order is
considered complete.
There are absolutely no replacements, exchanges or
store credit s issued after 14 days.
All orders are manufactured at the
time the order is placed specifically for your order. Returns may be
subject to a restocking fee. Installed products may be returned only for
a store credit.
