For the 2000 model year, the Acura CL's sibling, the TL, was redesigned. The CL, however, was never produced as a 2000 model and instead in March of 2000 the completely redesigned Acura CL was released as a 2001 model. Integra 1998 - 2001 Headlight Tint and Protection Kits
The 1998 Integra had slightly larger headlights more aggressive front bumper, all-red taillights and a revised rear bumper. There were also some minor cosmetic changes to the interior and small revisions to the electrical and mechanical components. TL 1999 - 2001 Headlight Tint and Protection Kits
In 1998 Honda revealed the TL-X concept car showing a preview of the second-generation TL which would debut a year later. The second-generation TL (now called 3.2 TL) was released in 1999 and was now derived off the USDM Honda Accord platform. Conceptualize a sportier, meaner look for your 2nd gen TL with a blue or smoked protection kit.

As of March 2004, Honda offers to the public a factory-sanctioned "tuner package" version of the TL: the TL A-SPEC. In addition, an underbody kit, spoiler, limited edition A-SPEC steering wheel, "A-SPEC" badge on the back, and 18 inch wheels are standard issue on the A-SPEC package. Rvinyl headlight tint and protection cover kits are worthy of any well-tuned 04 TL.
