This Rwraps™ Diamond Black Chameleon film gives you the bold, shimmering look of our Diamond Series films in a sultry black shift effect. A great alternative to the often unavailable Avery Dennison Diamond Supreme Wrapping vinyl. Made with a color flip effect, a high-gloss finish and an extreme, adamantine sparkle that will turn heads towards whatever you wrap with it. Made from the same high-performance, multi-cast vinyls as our other Rwraps films, we are confident that you can achieve professional results every time.
Our Diamond wraps are like metallic vinyl film on crack. They feature metallic flecks but with the intensity and look of crushed diamonds (hence the name). All of the films in this series feature a high-gloss finish which adds even more bling to the crushed gemstone effect. This, in combination with its multi-cast construction and air release liner, makes this Diamond Black Chameleon film as much a joy to install as it is to behold.
Chameleon is just our way of describing the shade-shifting effect. 3M calls it Color Flip, Avery ColorFlow and ORAFOL Shift Effect but the basic premise is that the vinyl shifts through a range of hues as it moves through your field of vision. Have you ever seen oil in a puddle on the street? The iridescent effect you see on the surface of the puddle is a pretty good analog for the way our Chameleon vinyl appears.
You can use this Rwraps vinyl wrap anywhere you would use wraps. In other words, as long as the surface is non-porous (has no holes), is hard and, most importantly, clean, you can go right ahead and start wrapping. Some of the most popular end use applications for this film are as follows:
Specially formulated to be dimensionally stable, these Diamond Black Chameleon wraps are self-adhesive and apply with heat on even the most extreme curves. With Rwraps vinyl wrapping films you get the results you want without the mess of paints and dips. Plus, you just can't get the color shifting look of our Chameleon vinyl when you paint or dip so save yourself time, money and frustration.
Very speckled but some folks want that.
I just wanted to share my experience with this amazing product. It's super easy to use and even self-explanatory! I actually used it to wrap one of my drums about a year ago, and I'm happy to say that it's still holding up just fine. Highly recommend it!
