All the Style, None of the Cruelty

Get the look of dyed Black Leather without harming any animals. Our 3-mil thick film sticks to the body panel of the vehicle, providing a smooth, clean finish. Our high-quality, durable wrap will look great for years, but it's also removable. If you decide at a later date to change colors, or you want to sell your car in its original state, you can just remove the wrap. That's why it's also a great option for leased cars. • What is Satin?

Satin is a low-gloss finish. You still get a little bit of metallic luster but it is more reserved. If you want a bright color that explodes, then satin is not for you. This is for the people that like an edge to their vinyl wraps but not too much. For a better idea of what this looks like, you can watch one of our videos and see how it looks when applied. If you are looking for a high-gloss vinyl, you can visit out product page as we have many to choose from.

I am very pleased with the Rwraps black faux leather vinyl I purchased for my project. It was exactly what I needed and performed very well. The adhesive is very strong and the vinyl is very thin which is perfect for what I use it for. It adopts any shape you apply it to. I highly recommend!

Can this leather vinyl wrap be rose-colored with SEM vinyl dye?
    June 3, 2020 2:48 PM
To be perfectly honest, we have never tried to coat this product with SEM vinyl dye. The best thing to do would be to purchase a small roll and test it to see if it would work on your application.

Could this be used to replace a vinyl top on a classic car?
    July 15, 2021 10:00 PM
Rory, That would be cool, but its not meant for that type of application. It needs to be applied to a hard non-porous surface so fabric tops would not work.

Will this work on fiberglass saddlebags and trunk on a motorcycle?
    May 19, 2022 10:27 AM

    Hi Rocco,

Yes you can definitely wrap the fiberglass trunk and saddle bags with this material. As long as no filler (i.e., Bondo) has been used it will adhere well.

We just had Justin Pate from the Wrap Institute do a two-piece wrap on a Harley-Davidson which you can see here: Motorcycle Wraps

Please let us know if you need anything else.
