What is Carbon Fiber Vinyl?
Carbon Fiber vinyl is a rendering of woven graphite that is used in super cars, aeronautics, aviation and other high-performance machines where both low-weight and high-strength is required. Over time, people who simply wanted the cache of began to look for ways to make their rides look like they were using real carbon fibre. The first of these vinyl films on the market were made by Avery Dennison and 3M and were printed on cast vinyl and looked kind of like tiny checker boards and over time the pattern would rub off. With the introduction of 1080 Series films 3D carbon fiber everything changed in the blink of an eye - the winning combination of embossed hatch marks and printed graphics has been the standard for graphite weave films ever since.
What is a Digital Carbon Fiber Pattern?
Our Rwraps Digital Carbon Fiber is a 3D, textured film with a pixelated or checkerboard effect that catches and reflects light in a simultaneously understated and brilliant way. In fact, during our pre-release briefs, we even considered naming it Disco Carbon due to its uncanny resemblance to disco balls. In truth, this CF film is actually close to the original Avery style of carbon fibre vinyl due to its checkered appearance.
Where Can I use this 3D Digital Gold Film?
