SKINTAC HX30000 Premium Cast Wrap Film
The Hexis HX30000 Series is a high-performance, multi-layered cast vinyl engineered for full vehicle wraps and complex surfaces. Thickness ranges from 3.9 mil to 8.3 mil, depending on finish and texture, and the film features a pressure-sensitive, solvent-based acrylic adhesive with a structured liner for fast, bubble-free installation. Available in gloss, matte, pearlescent, variochrome, carbon, leather, honeycomb, brushed aluminum, and other textured finishes.

Adhesive System
The HX30000 Series uses a solvent-based acrylic adhesive with a structured pattern to enable air evacuation and cleaner installs. Adhesion is immediate and becomes fully permanent after 24 hours.

Application Guidance
- Minimum Install Temperature: 64°F (18°C)
- Ideal Application Temperature: 68–77°F (20–25°C)
- Service Temperature: –40°F to 194°F (–40°C to 90°C)
- Suitable For: Vehicles and other wheeled products only
- Directional Film: Maintain consistent installation direction for color uniformity
- Fragility Note: Carbon, leather, honeycomb, brushed aluminum, matte, and pearly films are more sensitive to marks and require careful heating and handling
Care & Maintenance Notes
- Matte, super-matte, and textured finishes may show dirt more easily and may require more frequent cleaning.
- Structured films can tear along their pattern if overheated or removed improperly.
- Pearly iridescent and rainbow finishes must cool for at least 3 seconds after heating to avoid delamination.
- High-pigment colors may leave residue on cleaning cloths—this is normal and does not reduce durability.
