At Rvinyl.com Inc., your order is in good hands. Our Shipping Protection covers loss, damage, theft, missing or incorrect items, return-to-sender incidents, and other carrier mishaps.

If you purchase Rvinyl Shipping Protection at checkout and your order is lost*, damaged, or stolen**, you may file a claim by contacting us at [email protected].

What Qualifies for Coverage

• Lost Packages: A domestic package is considered lost if it has not been marked “delivered” within 15 days of being mailed.
• Stolen Packages: A package marked “delivered” but not received is considered stolen if it does not arrive within 3 business days after the delivery scan. Please check with your local post office or UPS office to confirm they are not holding your package before filing a claim.
• Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, include a clear photo of the damaged item(s) when filing your claim.

How to File a Claim

To start a claim, please email [email protected] with:

1. Your order number
2. The reason for your claim (lost, stolen, or damaged)
3. A photo of the damage (if applicable)
4. Any steps you’ve taken to locate your package

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of your order being shipped.

Resolution

• Once your claim is verified, you will receive a one-time replacement of the merchandise you ordered.
• Please allow up to 3 business days for replacement items to ship.
• If the item is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement or provide store credit.

Important Notes

• Orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses are not eligible for refund or replacement.
• Replacements will not be issued for lost or stolen orders outside of North America.
