Hexis HXONE Vinyl Wraps Are Here
Today, Rvinyl is rolling out Hexis SKINTAC HXONE Super Gloss, a next-generation vinyl wrap film built for installers, restylers, and serious DIY wrappers who want paint-like gloss without the paint-shop drama.
HXONE is Hexis’s newest super gloss wrap series, designed to push gloss vinyl further with a redesigned cast PVC formula, a new HEXPRESS One air-release adhesive system, a HEXPRESS One liner, and a high-clarity top coat varnish. In plain English: it is glossy, slick, easier to control during installation, and engineered to look dangerously close to premium automotive paint. Because apparently regular gloss was no longer shiny enough.
Meet HXONE Super Gloss
Hexis SKINTAC HXONE Super Gloss is built around four major upgrades: a new adhesive formulation, the HEXPRESS One liner system, a new cast PVC formula, and a new high-clarity top coat varnish. Together, these features are designed to improve gloss depth, surface clarity, repositionability, dimensional stability, and long-term wrap performance.
The result is a liquid-glass finish made for full vehicle wraps, hood wraps, roof wraps, chrome deletes, mirrors, spoilers, accent panels, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, boats, RVs, and other smooth, wrappable surfaces.
Why Installers Will Care
The biggest upgrade is the HEXPRESS One adhesive system. This next-generation air-release adhesive is designed for faster application, cleaner repositioning, and a stronger, more uniform bond across vehicle surfaces. That means fewer headaches, cleaner installs, and less time fighting the film like it owes you money.
The new liner system helps keep the adhesive protected until application, while the redesigned PVC formula supports stretch performance and dimensional stability on complex curves and deep contours. That matters when you are wrapping bumpers, mirrors, hoods, doors, and other panels that seem personally committed to ruining your afternoon.
Built for Serious Gloss
HXONE’s super gloss surface is designed to deliver mirror-like clarity, strong reflectivity, and deeper visual depth than conventional gloss wrap films. The finish is liquid-glass and paint-like, making it a strong choice for wrappers who want a premium, freshly-painted look without committing to a permanent color change.
The new high-clarity top coat varnish also adds practical value. It is designed to provide a harder, more scratch-resistant surface that helps preserve the ultra-gloss finish through daily driving, UV exposure, and environmental conditions.
HXONE Colors at Launch
The Hexis HXONE collection on Rvinyl currently includes a curated lineup of super gloss colors, including:
Super Gloss Lava Red, Super Gloss Deep Black, Super Gloss Seal Khaki, Super Gloss Desert Beige, Super Gloss Daytona Blue, Super Gloss Vintage Green, Super Gloss Sunrise Orange, Super Gloss Supreme White, Super Gloss Alpine Gray, and Super Gloss Phoenix Ocher.
That gives wrappers a solid launch palette: classic black and white, modern neutrals, off-road-inspired earth tones, and brighter statement colors for builds that are not exactly trying to blend into traffic.
Technical Details
Hexis HXONE is a next-generation cast PVC film with the HEXPRESS One air-release adhesive, HEXPRESS One liner, and a new high-clarity varnish top coat. The roll width is 60 inches and the roll length is 82 feet, with dry, repositionable application.
The film is engineered for long-term exterior performance, with listed durability of up to six years for black and white colors and five years for the vibrant color range when properly maintained.
Installation & Maintenance
DIY or Pro Install?
HXONE has forgiving application characteristics thanks to the HEXPRESS One liner and air-release adhesive system. Skilled DIY wrappers can work with it, but full vehicle wraps are best handled by experienced installers who know how to prep, stretch, post-heat, trim, and finish panels correctly.
The mirror-like finish is gorgeous, but it snitches on bad prep work. Dust, sanding marks, and sloppy install technique will not hide under this much shine.
Care and Maintenance
Hand wash with pH-neutral automotive soap and soft microfiber towels. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, solvents, rough materials, and automatic brush washes. Fuel spills, bird droppings, and tree sap should be removed quickly to help prevent staining.
The dirt-repellent surface treatment and self-healing top coat help maintain the finish, but vinyl still prefers basic care and clean towels.
