Can I use PR800 on a vehicle?
While it is a highly durable cast film, PR800 is designed for backlit applications. If you apply it to a solid, opaque vehicle panel, the color will appear darker than intended because it relies on light passing through it to achieve its true color. For vehicles, use Avery SW900 or HP750.
Do I apply this wet or dry?
Avery PR800 features a standard permanent adhesive (not air-release). For large, flat sign faces, a wet application method is often recommended to prevent air bubbles and allow for repositioning during installation.
Is this film printable?

What is the difference between PR800 and UC900?
Avery PR800 is a translucent film meant for internally illuminated signs. Avery UC900 (Ultimate Cast) is an opaque film designed for long-term outdoor signage and vehicle graphics where no backlighting is present.
