Clear vinyl is just that: clear. And, since it is transparent, it won't obscure the color of anything you apply it on. So, what do you use clear sign vinyl for? Clear sign vinyl is intended for printing with a solvent or latex printer, which is not something most people would have access to at home or as a laminate to protect inkjet printable vinyl. In general, standard blades can be used with most varieties of sign vinyl although we do recommend a 60 degree blade for reflective and glow-in-the-dark sign films. As always, be sure to check your down force and speed settings before cutting any film types you have not used before to ensure optimal weeding.
