What is this product?
Designed to ensure a factory appearance and eliminate amber turn signal and reverse light bleed-through. Only Rvinyl Universal Red-Out Tail Light Wrap Kits allow you to inexpensively modify your amber and/or reverse taillights to give your vehicle a more custom look. The major advantages over traditional options such as painting or "smoking" your lenses is that our Red Out Tail Light Kits are non-permanent. They may be removed without damaging your taillight.

Furthermore, non-OEM replacement taillights are often poorly sealed which allows moisture to seep into the assembly thereby ruining the appearance of your vehicle as well as the functionality of your taillights. Why spend hundreds of dollars on expensive replacement taillight assemblies when you can achieve the look of a "stealth" exterior at less than a quarter of the price?

How do I apply this product?
After applying the red out tail light tint wrap film, you simply trim the excess vinyl with a sharp blade or hobby knife (not included). What you have left is a customized exterior without the head aches and costs associated with painting or "smoking" the lights of your vehicle. Application squeegee and detailed installation instructions are included.  A wet and heat application method is required on large area applications.

How do I know which wrap size film to purchase?
Measure the surface area where the film is going to be applied. Take into consideration any bends or compound curves that may need the material to bend when wrapping. Then choose the most applicable size for your need. A Tailor's Tape works well when measuring for bulk film.

Do red out kits protect my tail lights?
No, they are not a thick film like our Rvinyl Protection Tint Kits.  They are designed to change the appearance of you tail lights, but not protect them from road debris.

What are the Rvinyl tint ratings?
