I ordered three colors and your shop sent me only two. When inquiring what happened I got the complete run around. After multiple emails regarding the missing color and sending pictures of what arrived and a description of what item was missing the general manager, Iain, reached out and said I needed to “create a manual” for the missing product. I responded by telling him I had no idea what “creating a manual” meant and that I would like them to ship the product or refund my money. Since this last email they have gone silent. No product out the money and a very bad taste left in my mouth. I will never use this store again.
