The pre-cut tint I got from them was cut too short, I emailed them about this and they said to heat it with a heat gun and to stretch the tint. The installer did not feel comfortable stretching it as it could stretch unevenly, I emailed them about this and it’s been 4 months since I’ve gotten a reply.
