I contacted Paul S who told me that the packages were delivered but the Post Office misplaced the second box. They offered to replace the item no questions asked if the second box could not be found. Finally the Post Office delivered the second box 3 days later. I was impressed with the speed of response from their customer service. Good job Rvinyl. So of the tint sheets came damaged already when I opened it the quality of the tint is great but it was easy to install and still looks pretty good but my only gripe is the scratches, nicks and small damges on the tint before i even used it at all.
